Chemical Pre-treatment

Protx have invested in the latest chemical pre-treatment technology. We have recently installed a multi-stage dipping plant for the treatment of mixed metals.

Pre-treatment is a critical step in the metal finishing process. It ensures that the surface is clean and free of contaminants before the finishing process begins. Dip pre-treatment systems are specially designed to clean and prepare metal surfaces for powder coating.

Our pre-treatment system uses a series of tanks filled with different chemicals and water rinse stages. The metal object is dipped into each tank in succession, allowing the chemicals to react with the surface of the metal.
